WHAT IS THE ALLEN BROUSSARD CONSERVANCY?

It’s people. It’s a corporation, and a corporation is made up of people – people operating under the law. The Allen Broussard Conservancy is made up of a Board of Directors and Advisors, people, AND the members of Friends of Forever Florida, people. Friends of Forever Florida members make up the “General Membership” of the Allen Broussard Conservancy. The ABC Board is responsible for modifying the Bylaws to reflect changing needs and goals.

Therefore as a 501(c)(3) organization states we are a nonprofit corporation: a federally tax-exempt charity that does not pay income or sales tax and allows donors to write off contributions.

What is Forever Florida?

Forever Florida is the name of the land (The Wilderness Preserve).
