The mission of the Allen Broussard Conservancy is to preserve and protect the fragile ecosystems of Florida’s native wilderness, to provide a permanent protective habitat for wildlife, to maintain the historical ranching operation and to educate the public about the importance of conservation and the preservation of our unique heritage.




How Will Your Donation Help

  • Assist in the purchase of more conservation land and to protect the natural environment and habitats.
  • Develop and support environmental education programs and camps.
  • Protect heritage herds of horses and cattle.

Choose where your donation supports:

  • $25,000 Benefactor: Cracker Horse and Cattle fund for fencing, veterinarian and programming for Scout badge requirements for Animal Science, Horsemanship, and Florida Heritage – Naming Opportunity
  • $15,000 Partner: Land acquisition fund for continuing to complete the Allen Broussard Conservancy Preserve – Naming Opportunity
  • $10,000 Corporate: Send 8 kids to Camp Illahaw for a week of Base Camp that includes a real experience of being a Florida Cracker Cowboy or Cowgirl
  • $5,000 Patron: Support a class of 25 students for a Forever Florida field trip, includes a Trail Buggy Adventure and Florida Heritage Program
  • $1,500 Sustainer: help purchase a set of 30 Patrick D. Smith “A Land Remembered” books and teacher curriculum guide for schools to use at Forever Florida
  • $500 Florida Panther: Education supplies for field trips
  • $250 Swallow-tailed Kite: Your donation includes three Trail Buggy Adventure tickets
  • $100 American Bald Eagle: Your donation includes two Trail Buggy Adventure tickets
  • $50 Osceola Turkey: Your donation includes two Trail Buggy Adventure tickets
